Alright, I'm new to this forum, but I'm trying to figure out exactly how it works... I have had my GTP for about 5 months now, (since early December
'07), He was probably about 6 months old when I purchased him at a local reptile show. He was approx. 20", and almost entirely orange, with yellow
vertebrae dashes. He now is getting dark green scales, currently about 1/15th of his scales have become dark green, almost entirely during his most recent
shed. He currently lives in a planted vivarium, that is about to be set up with a misting and drainage system hosted by the company I work with, and it will be
on a shared system for both misting and draining with its closest neibor - a ~65G Dartfrog Vivarium. Anyone with info on another forum that would be more
appropriate for posting and updates for my dartfrog tank, please, point me in that direction. I also keep many other pets including, an OBT - what I beilive is
a species of Baboon spider, purchased at a local reptile show (spiders are new to me)
It lives in a custom built wall hanging acrylic "picture frame style"
spider enclosure manufactured by VIVID Acrylics. I have a Crested Gecko - male, morph for both Flame and Dalmation - also in a custom built acrylic vivarium
built by VIVID Acrylics I have kept Leopard Geckos, Veiled Chameleons, Ball Pythons, Dart Frogs, Corn Snakes, Rough Green Snakes, Red Eyed Tree Frogs, Red Tail
Boas, Dwarf Reticulated Pythons, Praying Mantis Populations, Giant Day Geckos, As Well as managing the entire stock of reptiles at my local pet store for
nearly a year.

Thats him a month, maybe 1.5 months
after getting him
Its probably not a big enough image, but if it is
you'll be able to see all the dark green scales hes got now, this was just tonight. I've managed to adjust him to gloveless handling, and once
automized misting and drainage are added to the tank, I imagine his intank life will drastically improve.
