yesterday was the first time i've ever watched her eat, normally i just give it to her and check on her ever so often, but i felt like seeing what takes
her so long. also yesterday would of been the first time in her life that she ate hanging in the air, previous owner didn't even have a perch for her and
the temp. cage i had b4, the perch was only 6 inches tall, so no room for her to hang, but she finally got it down, congrats Serry (i named her finally also)
but what i thought was kinda of weird was, i gave her the rat, she "killed" it, then she started luring with her tail for about 30 minutes with the rat in her coils still, after she was done with what ever she was doing, she ate it.
i was just kinda wondering why the heck would she be luring when shes already got food in her coils and shes gotta do this everytime, cuz it takes her quite a while to eat, and i always wondered why, is she just an odd ball snake, or do others do this?
