Hi,
My female for the first 3 years of her life never skipped a meal, not even through shed cycles. About 7 weeks ago I stopped feeding her because it had been a while since she defecated. I gave her a few baths for about 2 weeks. She started a shed cycle, shed really well and so I waited a bit more to feed her again. Now it has been 2 consecutive weeks of feeding attempts with the same prey items as before (f/t rats) but she won't take them. She reacts as normal, hunting, then coming quickly to the dangling prey, she tongue flicks a little and then returns to her perch. What could cause this?
Thanks,
Brandon
