I have a question directed toward the many experts who have already contributed greatly to my Chondro experiences.
I have been lurking for more than a year and taking in the vast amounts of information which come across these boards. However, I haven't seen anything in Mr. Maxwell's book or on these boards in reference to how soon after egg laying and the beehive coil should the eggs be taken from momma and separated.
When should the eggs be taken from the mother?
I am asking because after conditioning, cycling, introducing, separating, returning heat, shed, and introduction of nesting box, Momma surprised me tonight and is laying her clutch.
I have my incubator all set up and ready to go, just need to know when I should separate Momma from eggs. Some of you may be wondering why the artificial incubation and all I can say is John had this female lay in the past and tried natural with no luck.

If your still out there John, thanks for two great Chondros.
