One your baby's age should poop at least once a week if not every three days or so. The pooping doesn't really slow down until 1-1.5 yrs of age. How humid are you keeping her? My neonates are kept humid 99% of the time. I will let them dry out to the point of being damp but I keep their paper towels pretty wet. What are you using as substrate? Are you sure you haven't missed them? They are pretty runny. If you're not using them already, I'd use papertowels or newspaper for substrate as babies need to stay really clean and have to be cleaned often.

I completely agree that "natural" looking substrate looks so much better in an enclosure, however, I really think that neonates need to be kept in a more sterile environment that is low maintenance and very easy to keep disinfected. You may be missing the defecations on the substrate you're using because they are usually small, frequent, and very runny. I think it's best to put the snake's health first and use a more low maintenance substrate until their defecations are more solid and less frequent.

Does she look like she needs to go? After two meals without a defecation she should look like she needs to go if she really hasn't.
