Get an awesome snake from Rico, to breed to my MONSTER 1400g female. My whole point in going was to get a male for this snake I've had for four years. With the ChondroStork happenings, I'm like, damnit, this year I'm going to do it right. And get her another male to try out. Tonight I'm feeding the zoo, a day later than usual, but wanna get it done. Arus, check. Sorong, check. Mikka (mom), check... Another thread here is talking about cohabitation, and I have two sorongs in there. They are the first two chondros I ever had. The 1400g is this one. Feed Boy sorong, check. Minnie. The monster. She-Hulk. Never refuses a meal. Fat as a tire. Refused a meal. Not that I'm getting my hopes up... maybe just coincidence. Another ChondroStork anyone?

But there is that 1%. Whenever this one doesn't eat, I know that somethings wrong. She's always always always hungry. Two days after she eats, shes in strike mode with her eyes big and bright. Maybe she's just too full. Maybe she missed me terribly when I was in Chicago. Maybe she knew I was looking at other girls while I was there. Who knows. Here's her recent tracking: 10/11 Refused food 10/09 Defecated 10/02 Feeding small rat 09/25 Feeding small rat 09/24 Comments 1346 Grams 09/15 Feeding larger rat than normal, but no problems 09/03 Comments She Bit ME! 08/30 Feeding small rat 08/29 Defecated 08/29 Shed Clean shed I just know that if this one is gravid, she's going to throw a LOT of eggs. Probably one of those Bob sized clutches! I hope this thread closes soon because I wanted her to mate with this new male I got, and then another part of me says "We'll get 'im next year!"

It will be constructed from a giant ""LASER"". Maybe this way this whole ovulation thing won't slip by me again. Reports from this weekend since I was gone was that she was a lump of snake on a stick, nothing different or noticable. I haven't seen anything abnormal from her either,... no sunning her belly, no restless uncomforatble moving... I'm not sure if I'd notice an ovulation with this girl, because she is SOOOOOOOOOOO huge all the time anyway. I'm sure it's nothing. Wishful thinking, that whole nine. peers over toward cage Yes, nothing. Sure of it.

I'm pretty sure she's going opaque. 4:30am plays tricks on your eyes. With the lights on today, it looks like there is the faintest dullness starting. I am not ready for more babies anyway... my hands are full with the ones I have! Although it would be great to see lightning strike twice.

I turned up the temp a couple degrees a few days ago. She's hanging pretty low. Bulgy. These crazy positions of hers are really just messin with my mind. I swear, if she gets restless after this shed, I don't know what the hell I'm going to do. She's definitely going into shed, a month and a half after her last one. Its just a growth spurt. Its nothing. Nothing at all.
