I have a female aru-type that ive been feeding up for a couple months to attempt a breeding this fall. I have one concern however. She has the crappiest sheds of any snake i have or have ever had. I keep my temps and humidity right on, shes in a vision 222 with a 30 watt propanel hooked to a bigapp thermostat. Humidity stays high, and i spray at night to bolster. If she becomes gravid, godwilling, and has her "pre-lay shed" , I can almost guarantee it will be stuck on her. Will putting her in a bin with wet towel disturb her too much and screw up the egg development, or would i be ok? I have used this method every time she sheds, and she is a very calm and settled snake. Any thoughts?
