			<description><![CDATA[ The animal hospital I work at frequently prescribes Metronidazole for idiopathic anorexia.  We find that it does successfully stimulate appetite in many of our patients.  Best wishes getting your Merauke back on track. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ Hey,<br>Flagyl, is a drug used to treat singled celled infections in humans and other animals, including herps. The generic name for the drug is Metronidozole if I'm not mistaken on the spelling. Animals and even people suffering from conditions not associated with bacteria or viruses,  with associated diarrhea and foul smelling and sometimes, slimy watery stools, are usually treated with the drug. 			<description><![CDATA[ I'm a huge fan of Flagyl, and I've used it several times with success as a feeding stimulant in chondros.<br><br>I cut up a small portion of a tablet into VERY fine pieces, then dab the prey item into those pieces.  &quot;Coating&quot; it if you will.<br><br>Once is normally all it takes in my experience to see a quick feeding response difference.<br><br>Hope this helps!<br>Gary Schiavino<br>gschiavino@garshanassociates.com ]]></description>
