			<description><![CDATA[ Greg has a great book... if should give you all the info you need...<br><br>200 is probably way too many unless you have a HUGE staff... i have 56 and my wife and I have a hard time some days...<br>if your wanting to just get started i would recommend starting with 1...<br>then after a few months of that then bump up to about 10. and that should get you on your way... <br>passion is the fruit of this hobby... <!--EZCODE EMOTICON START :) --><img... ]]></description>
